Jessie Heaton Hopper, CSW
Jessie is dedicated to making therapy a safe and supportive environment where clients feel valued and understood. She believes that people are not defined by their challenges and takes a compassionate approach to guiding clients on a path of healing and growth. Her hope is that clients will feel heard, respected, and empowered to explore their emotions without judgment. Jessie loves working with clients facing depression, anxiety, ADHD, life transitions, self-esteem, and trauma. She also enjoys working with couples. Jessie uses CBT, ACT, and IFS in a way that is personal and specific to each client.

Adrianne Nelson, CMHCI
As a counselor, Adrianne believes in a collaborative relationship built on compassion and acceptance. Therapy is a partnership where challenges and strengths are explored, guiding clients toward growth. She offers a safe, empathetic space for individuals to express themselves freely. Adrianne welcomes all LGBTQIIA+ individuals, those who are neurodivergent, or in the middle of a faith transition. She honors each client by tailoring the work to meet their unique needs and goals. Whatever someone may face, Adrianne is committed to walking alongside them, helping build skills for lasting change. Together, she believes in uncovering solutions that empower clients to lead fulfilling lives.

Addison Wimmer, CMHCI
Addison works with individuals navigating neurodivergence, trauma, anxiety, and identity exploration. She provides a compassionate, affirming space for clients who want to better understand themselves, build on their strengths, and untangle themselves from who others expect them to be. Her work often supports autistic and ADHD clients, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and anyone processing the impact of difficult family dynamics or faith experiences. Using a person-centered, strengths-based approach informed by CBT and ACT, and blending IFS, Addison helps clients develop coping strategies, deepen self-compassion, and reconnect with their authentic selves. She believes there is space for everyone and you don’t have to face healing alone.

Alex Johnson, LCSW
Alex is passionate about supporting individuals who feel marginalized by society or local culture, including neurodivergent clients (ADHD, autism), members of the queer community, and those navigating religious transitions. He is experienced in working with teens, adults, couples, and families, and has a strong background in helping clients manage anxiety, depression, trauma, and life changes. Alex focuses on understanding and connecting with his clients, using a strengths-based approach. He uses ACT and IFS to help clients solve problems with compassion.

Lindy Johnson, MSWI
Lindy enjoys working with individuals navigating faith transitions, ADHD, autism, perfectionism, trauma and difficult family dynamics. She works well with neurodivergent teens and adults (ADHD, autism) and understands the complexity of the unmasking process and the emotional impact of a later-in-life diagnosis. Her warm and direct approach is grounded in helping clients build self-compassion and self-trust. She creates space for clients to explore their inner world with curiosity, helping them understand and embrace themselves and their individual way of thinking and experiencing the world. Lindy’s approach is strengths-based and person-centered, drawing from IFS and ACT.
